Nordic Game Institute (NGI) has negotiated a very reasonably priced offer to its respective members (and their members) to Game Connection America 2.-5.3.2015. If the Game Connection concept is familiar to you, you know what we are talking about. If not, following is a short explanation (more info on the website).
Please notice that this time Game Connection is little different:
- GCAM15 will be four days. Monday through Thursday (March 2-5). This offers possibility to book 60 meetings in four days.
- GCAM15 will take place in the Metreon – literally 5 minutes walk from the Moscone center.
- GCAM15 will have only ~150 Exhibitors Tables and ~40 open Exhibitor Booths. Last year number was 260 exhibitor spots and GC was full.
THE LAST ONE MEANS THAT THE SPACE WILL PROPABLY RUN OUT.
CONSEQUENTLY THIS MEANS THAT WE MIGHT NOT HAVE POSSIBILITY TO ACCOMONDATE ANY LATE BIRDS AT ALL.
IF YOU WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU ACTUALLY GET TO THE GAME CONNECTION, ACT FAST.
We have now reserved 10 tables and we have an option to some more tables. Booths have been fully booked already.
The registration is done on first come, first served basis.
* What is Game Connection? Game Connection is not a trade fair or expo as GDC or Gamescom. The whole idea of Game Connection is to offer participants possibility to have 50 – 60 targeted half an hour meetings with parties they really want to meet.
* Why should I go? If you have a product, service, demo, even concept and you want to meet publishers, investors, co-operation partners or potential customers, this is it. Ultimate place to be.
* How is it organized? Game Connection’s Nordic Pavilion is organized by NGI, operated by Neogames in co-operation with other Nordic clusters. Dataspelsbranschen, Produsentforeningen NO and DK and IGI.
* How does it work?
– You rent a table (see prices and details below)
– You create yourself a profile to meeting application (incl. to the price).
– Some weeks before the event, meeting application opens to participants so, that you can actually book metings with interesting parties.
– During the event you just have those pre booked meetings at your table or some other place.
* When is it? 2-5.3.2015
* Where is it? Metreon San Francisco. Metreon is next to Moscone center where the GDC is held.
* NGI offer: NGI has negotiated to all of its members a deal. This is a basic deal. Some regional or national subsidies might take place also.

– Please notice, that we CAN take reservations after that, but the price is different, but since the space is smaller than previous years, we can’t guarantee a table to the late birds. Business passes should be available to all willing to participate.
